Absolute Conveyancing – Solicitor is a small law firm located in Dickson ACT that was established in response to a need for legal services in the local area. There is little doubt that Canberra has grown significantly in the past few years. Our experience has shown that many clients still prefer a more personalised service and appreciate a law firm that is close by and readily accessible.

Dickson and the surrounding suburbs are an established part of Canberra and many of the clients who come through our door have lived in the vicinity for many years. We receive a lot of queries from clients who wish to draft a new Will or Power of Attorney but due to limited mobility find it difficult to attend our office in person.

It is for this reason that we offer a home service.  What this means is that we are happy to meet with you in the comfort of your own home and take instructions to draft your Will or Power of Attorney. To complete the process, we will then organise a time with you to have these documents signed and witnessed.

We offer a similar service for those who are purchasing or selling a home in the Canberra region. Conveyancing has the potential to be a stressful procedure and purchasers in particular are often under a lot of pressure to enter into a Contract to secure a property. Many people find it difficult to set aside ample time to meet with their solicitor during normal work hours to discuss the conveyancing process and examine the Contract in more detail.

In order to overcome this obstacle, we offer a service whereby we would be delighted to meet with you at a mutually convenient time and location in Canberra. In addition we offer the flexibility to arrange meetings at our office on Saturday mornings.
